Founded in 2025, Foundations Fitness was created with the goal of helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits.
We take a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and fitness level. Every workout is designed from the ground up with our members’ goals in mind - never a one-size-fits-all routine.​
“My approach to fitness comes from personal experience. As a freshman in high school, I started having regular chest pains. When I finally saw a doctor, they told me it was because I was "lazy" and "skinny fat." Looking back, they weren’t entirely wrong - my afternoons were spent watching Maury, eating honey buns, and playing video games. But hearing those words was a wake-up call. I realized something had to change, not just for how I looked, but for how I felt.”
From that moment forward, the trajectory of my life changed forever. Through years of swimming, rowing, and strength training, I discovered the power of fitness - not just for the body, but for the mind. I became stronger, more confident, and a happier person.
That transformation is what inspired me to help others find the same confidence and joy in their own journey. My philosophy is simple: hard work pays off, it’s never too late to start, and the best time to begin is right now.
Beyond the gym, I’m a husband, a soon-to-be girl dad, an Eagle Scout, and a former swimmer and collegiate rower. Every chapter of my life has shaped the way I coach - with integrity, empathy, and a relentless belief in what’s possible. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m ready to guide you there.
