Fuel Your Life

We’ll start with an honest conversation about your current habits, knowledge, and relationship with food. From there, I’ll teach you how to understand what’s on your plate - so you can fuel your workouts, boost your energy, and reach your wellness goals.

 

You won’t be doing it alone - I’ll be there as your coach and accountability partner, with weekly check-ins to keep you focused and on track.

In college, I lived by “food is fuel” - eating to power every workout, practice, race, and exam.

 

Now, I see nutrition differently. 

 

Food should be both enjoyable and purposeful. I believe in eating with intention - choosing meals that fuel your workouts, boost your energy, and sharpen your mind, without sacrificing the flavors you love.
