Zack is the creator of Foundations Fitness and has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. After graduating from college with a degree in Applied Exercise Science, he became a personal trainer and fitness manager at a local 24-hour gym in Chattanooga, TN.
A year later, he began his group fitness career at Orangetheory Fitness, which took him to San Diego and eventually back to Nashville. During his OTF career, he learned how to work with a wide range of clients, gaining not only a deeper understanding of training science but also the importance of motivation, accountability, and community.
After nearly a decade of coaching, he decided to take the leap and start his own business. Foundations Fitness was built to provide a comprehensive training, group fitness, and nutrition experience where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their goals—no matter where they’re starting from.
