Refund Policy
We value your commitment to your health and fitness and strive to deliver the best possible training experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing sessions or packages.
General Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, partially used packages, or expired sessions.
Session & Package Cancellations
- 
Client-initiated cancellations: To avoid being charged, you must cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before your scheduled session.
 - 
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session will be charged in full and deducted from your package.
 - 
In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations, future booking privileges may be suspended.
 
Expiration Dates
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and are non-refundable.
Trainer-initiated Cancellations
If I must cancel your session, I will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a credit toward your next session.
Digital Products & Programs
All sales of online programs, nutrition guides, or downloadable materials are final. These are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to continue training due to a documented medical condition, we may offer a partial/full credit toward future sessions or transfer remaining sessions to another person, at our discretion.
Events & Workshops
Payments for special events, boot camps, or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Foundations Fitness, in which case you will receive a full refund in accordance with Tennessee Code § 47-50-118.
